British & Irish Cookery Class
Head Chef Chris McGowan and the team at Corrigan's Mayfair are pleased to host monthly cookery classes. The team share a passion for local ingredients and seasonality and the classes reflect this, our chefs will explain why they feel so strongly about supporting our local producers, whilst showing you how to cook delicious dishes which you will then enjoy over lunch. Dishes include the likes of Smoked Eel and Apple Tortellini; Elwy Valley Lamb with Girolles, and Elderflower Jelly.
The cookery class is in the kitchen with the team of chefs before you are served a glass of champagne prior to lunch. At the end of the day there is gift bag to take away including a signed cookery book from Richard Corrigan (often by the man himself on the day).
The day costs £250, extra guests can join for lunch for £90.
