Produce is sourced from a select committee of hand-picked artisan producers, with each ingredient chosen for its raw, unadulterated ability to engage the senses. By applying the fundaments of his Irish heritage, customers are presented with a truly unique dining experience . Dine from our extensive daily a la carte menu, or in the bar select from a range of tasting plates, choose from 3 dishes at £25, through to 9 dishes for £55. At lunch time we offer our daily market menu, £27.00 for three courses with a carafe of wine and on Sunday join us for a fabulous roast for £27.00 for three courses.
