‘Cook your lunch with Chef Corrigan and dine with him and his team at award-winning Corrigan’s Mayfair’

You are invited to cook with Richard and his Head Chef, Chris McGowan (previously Head Chef of Richard’s Michelin-starred Lindsay House) in the spacious kitchens, discover what goes on behind the scenes and learn some of the masters secrets.

Inspired by Richard’s humble, rural upbringing, Corrigan’s Mayfair brings honest, no-nonsense food to one of the city’s most enviable postcodes. Generous portions accompany an exciting wine list and atmosphere to match, combining 21st century luxury and style with down-to-earth, home-inspired cooking.

In Richard’s own words, as described in his latest cookbook ‘The Clatter of Forks and Spoons’: “Growing up on a farm teaches you respect for the cycles and seasonality of food…... and with each movement of the calendar, nature has something else to give us.”

Classes will be held on the following dates in 2010:

Saturday 6th February, Saturday 10th April, Saturday 12th June, Saturday 18th September and Saturday 13th November


Classes will start at 10.00am followed by lunch.

Price: £250 pp including lunch and specially selected wines
Guests wishing to join for lunch only £90 per person.
