At Corrigan's Mayfair we are all passionate about the environment from which we receive our ingredients.  We work very closely with small artisan producers, promoting methods of sustainability across all menus.

We fully support small farming and fishing communities in the effort they have put in to their produce and take pride in assisting these highly-driven people to continue for generations to come.

Richard Corrigan has been at the forefront of the 'farm to fork' philosophy and sits on the UK Advisory Board of the Slow Food Movement, which has been championed by His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales, promoting their ethos of good, clean and fair food.

Our seafood is sourced as locally as possible and is fully traceable back to individual boats.  Our team of Chefs are fully committed to the responsible sourcing of all of our ingredients.

In addition, the majority of our wine list is biodynamic or organic and we work very closely with wine producers from all over the world.
