Featuring the finest Scottish cuisine including the likes of Scotch Egg, Black Pudding and Dandelion; Haggis Sausage Baked in Heather with Crushed Turnips. We are proud to host independent wine consultants ‘Les Caves de Pyrène’, the leading wine importer and supplier to London’s top restaurants and bars, for an extravagant lunch of fine wine and dining. From 1pm Douglas Wregg, leading sommelier & Master of Wine, will lead guests through an eclectic mix of award winning wines while pairing them with Corrigan’s sustainably sourced cuisine.
